We are excited to present our December Performances and Holiday Party here at APEX again!
Schedule for K8:
8:40-9:00 - K2 Performances
9:00-1:00 - Half-hour classes (including lunch)
1:10-2:30 - Holiday Party Activities and Lil’ Shoppers Shoppe
2:30-3:15 - Gr 3-8 Performances
*Kindergarten and First Grade students will celebrate in their classrooms and have a different schedule. They will shop at the Lil' Shopper's Shoppe from 12:00-1:00.
Families are welcome to attend their student’s performances. In order to manage the number of people in the gym for performances, we have split our performances into two groups. Our school day for all students will run from 9:00 to 2:30. If you have a student in grades K-2, drop off is at 8:30, and then please come to the MAIN entrance to join us in the gym for performances. Students will go to their classes immediately after. If you have a student in grades 3-8 in a performing class (Music Explorers, String Ensemble, World Percussion, Choir and Musical Theatre), please plan to join us in the gym at 2:30 for their December Performances.
