APEX is pleased to offer our high school students the opportunity to take up to two classes per year* with St. Vrain’s Career Elevation and Technology Center (CETC) . Located just 10 minutes from our Longmont and Boulder County sites, CETC offers vocational programs that students can take concurrently with classes at APEX. Students will attend half day at APEX and half day at CETC. Programs are available in many fields:
Human Services Careers (Hairstyling; Manicuring; Early Childhood Education; Med Prep; Emergency Response; Dental Assisting; Nursing Assistant)
Trade and Industry Careers (Automotive Technology; Agri-Science; Building Trades; Plant & Environmental Technology; Culinary Arts; Printing Trades, Welding Trades)

Parents are strongly encouraged to arrange a tour of CETC before registering. Some classes fill quickly and will be available on a limited basis. Students are encouraged to complete the application process as soon as possible for the best chance of getting the classes you’d like in each semester.
*Seniors may be permitted to take three courses per year if space is available in order to finish a course of study before graduation.
