Holli Adams
Holli Adams grew up in Indiana and Michigan and graduated college with a degree in Psychology. Before finding her way to the wonderful world of homeschooling, she worked in various education and social work settings, bringing the same passion and big heart she now brings to APEX. While serving with AmeriCorps, Holli worked at one of the largest residential facilities for families experiencing homelessness, where she developed a deep commitment to serving her community, especially children and families. She went on to earn her Montessori certification and later directed the first Montessori school in the U.S. designed specifically for children experiencing homelessness. Today, Holli continues her advocacy work by mentoring Afghan refugee families who have resettled in Longmont.
With over 16 years of homeschooling experience, Holli is a lifelong learner and passionate educator who loves researching curricula and diving into all things homeschooling. She is dedicated to supporting homeschool parents, helping them discover what best fits their students’ and family’s unique needs.
When she's not engrossed in the latest educational book, you can find Holli on the pickleball court, knitting up something cozy, tending to her garden, or whipping up something new in the kitchen. She’s a travel enthusiast, a theater lover, and most of all, cherishes spending time with her family.
